Who we are
One of the largest independent
brokerages in the Northern Suburbs.
Our story began in the mid-1990s as Johan Geldenhuys Brokers. In 1999 the business became Titan Development Consultants (Pty) Ltd, and it has grown into one of the largest and most respected independent brokerages in the Northern Suburbs of the Western Cape.
We pride ourselves on professional service with respect, honesty and integrity as the cornerstones of our relationships with clients and business partners. We hold contracts with South Africa’s most reputable insurers and product suppliers, which lets us match the right product to the right client at the right price.
Three directors lead the advice, and more than 25 specialist staff support them across personal and commercial insurance, underwriting, community schemes, claims, medical aid, life cover and financial planning. Clients speak to people who know the detail, while the relationship stays connected through TitanDC.
